It's a typical Braum's, which is to say the familiar menu offerings and decor one is used to. Service was FAST, and the food and drinks were satisfying. The market was well-stocked, and the whole place was noticeably neat and clean, including the men's room. Our cashier slightly misunderstood our order at first, but corrected the mistake immediately once we pointed it out, without any drama or fuss.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces with easy access to the front door. Spacious parking lot when I was there.Wheelchair accessibility: This Braum's is all at ground level, with some handicapped parking spaces and the usual ramps. The interior layout seemed wheelchair friendly for a normal-sized chair. Might be a little tight in places for some mobility scooters.

The staff seemed tired or mad. Wasn't very welcoming. The food was ok. Wasn't hot. The cheese wasn't even melted on my burger. It wasn't even a busy time.

I went here and thought I was going to get a nice meal but apparently not. There was an old lady who had an attitude for no reason whatsoever. We asked for an ice cream Sunday and it was our first time ordering one of those and we didn’t know what kinds of flavor there was and she kept saying “what kind, WHAT KIND??” Like if we had done something wrong. Not acceptable. And when we pulled up to get the bag of burger and fries and she hands it to us, we look to check to see if our food is correct and tell me why all the fries are poured in and spilt as if someone was mad. We asked the same old lady and she’s like “I don’t know ?” bad customer service.

Truly, one of the best burgers you will ever eat is served at Braums.

Family drove in from out of town to visit. They pulled through the drive through and placed their order. Drove clear across town before they realized they did not get the food they ordered. They immediately called the manager to let them know they did not get the food they ordered and were told to call back tomorrow. After driving back out to Braums, my son showed them the receipt of what he had paid for. They told him he probably just ate his chicken strips and is coming back for more free ones. They made him pay for an entire other meal! I called myself to speak to the manager who then hung up on me!

So bad! As in THE ABSOLUTE WORST version of a Braum's I have ever tasted in my 40+ yrs of life. They put pork and beans in FLAVORLESS chili. It was orange, the pork and beans were overcooked and hard, tasted like flavorless paste, and was super water. The burger could not have possibly been made fresh to order (as all other Braums in the state do). It was ready within 2 minutes which should have been my 1st red flag. The burgers were so small, buns even smaller, and the meat was completely FLAVORLESS. Not a granule or even residue of salt pepper or any seasoning whatsoever. Tasted like a cardboard box with the texture of carpet. If it would not have been for the rough carpet like texture sitting on my tongue I wouldn't even know that I had a bite of food in my mouth. Not fit for a dog. I am generously rounding up and estimating about 13 fries total (halves fourths, bits and pieces) in the bottom of the frie box (which I paid to be full) for $2. Even my husband agrees the burger taste like a pile of saw dust, flavorless completely and he never complains (that's my job - smile). I am happy about just 1 aspect of the visit here. The fact that I did not spend another dime or purchase anything more makes me happy, because I'm sure it would have been the same as the burgers chill and fries. We order the EXACT same meal from Dallas locations often and this is NOT THE SAME FOOD. THey didn't even put ketchup in the bag for the cold flavorless frie-nubs. Smh. What a rip off. Couldn't even force myself to finish it , and my dog pushed it away with his paw when I offered it to him. Save your money. or bring your own seasoning. ??????????????????????????????????

I had a craving for some ice cream. Went to Braums for some ice cream on a waffle cone. While trying to decide on flavors, the lady was exchanging new ie cream containers in the freezer. With a big smile she ask if I would like to sample the new walnut flavor that she was placing in the freezer. I went for chocolate and strawberry. Which was delicious. That lady was so nice and welcoming.

We only had ice cream so I'm not sure how the food was. They did have a complete little store so you could get some groceries. Prices were cheap enough.

Ordered some ice cream about an hour before closing and while the ice cream was good, they took a long time to take my order (around 2 minutes) despite no other cars in the drive thru and no customers inside. The woman who did finally take my order was fairly short and rude, laughing at me when I asked if they were able to make ice cream. Obviously, I know they can and are expected to until they close, but I was trying to be polite and give them the opportunity to tell me no. When I asked for my milkshake and finished with, “if you’re able to.” She laughed and said “and one milkshake, if we’re able to.” I received my first ice cream promptly but then had to wait as one of the employees, holding my milkshake, was laughing with another employee for about a minute or so before handing it to me without saying anything. Overall, the dessert was nice but the staff and attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.

The worst costumer service Debbie and maybe Tammy or some lady was so rude! We were nice the full time and they messed up our oder we didn’t mind but when we asked for it to be fixed they acted so annoyed and only remade one burger right and then we asked for a refund and they said no. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. You don’t not treat people the way they did! They literally brought over the trash can and showed us the trash (the just scraped off what was wrong with the burger) I will absolutely never come back here and I hope they start treating people like people.
