Greeted at the front door by Macy, their welcome dog. Served promptly by staff. Tire was fixed , and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time. They have a comfortable customer reception area.

Had a appointment at 8 am was the only car at 8 am of Friday when I make the appointment. They choose to not touch my car to get it fix because I was not important like a customer.

Don't know what po dump you got your mechanics but they don't know what their doing. Charter tire will rip you off every chance they get!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Traveling through, but had some studs break off from the front tire. They were closed when we got to town, but were able to fit us in the next morning. The staff is super nice and friendly. Highly recommend for travelers needing car assistance!
