Called and left numerous messages. Finally I used messenger on Facebook. They responded telling me they would call me and schedule an appointment to come out and replace my window. This was after 5 days stopping by and calling. Did they call you might ask. No they did not. Terrible customer service. And in a city as Vernon Texas. Discrimination and white privilege are key factors to local businesses responding or getting service.I'm neither white or related to everyone in this city. And to top it off in gay. I should of known not to shop locally. I will not make this mistake again. Btw I recieved service and had my window replaced. Kudos to Ballslinger Glass our of Wichita Falls Texas. Proudly serving everyone equally...
