My experience with Vernon Ford was excellent. I purchased a Ford F250 diesel king ranch from From Vernon almost 5 years ago very happy with it when I traded it in it looked brand new. This dealership is complete trash! If you want to be screwed over, this is the place to go! My parents have been in and out of the cancer center and needed a recall done on their truck. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE TRUCK! They tried to make my parents do a 100,000 mile tune up to which they respectfully declined bc no issues with the truck. After they left the dealership, their truck broke down! They got it back there and all of sudden the dealership says they owe $14,850 to fix the issues their mechanics did! I can’t imagine screwing anyone over much less the sick and elderly. This entire place should be downright ashamed of themselves. May you all reap what you sew!

Had my truck towed to Vernon Ford, from the moment we walked in all the staff in the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we had questions or concerns they were able to make us feel at ease. The service technician seemed to do a great job on the vehicle, when I picked it up today everything was operating to my standards. Again thanks to Verno Ford for the customer service and professionalism you have showed me while my truck was down. Highly reccomend.

Service Dept does not own up to their screw up and I really liked Vernon Auto but service Department is really shady and does not own up to their mistake I never will go back there and I will not recommend any part of Vernon Auto Group
