Back to school shopping with my teenage daughter. She loves the clothes here. This particular day 8-9-25. I've never had problems here before there's always a really nice girl. I guess the one here this day ( a cashier) Hispanic girl short wavy hair was very rude. I understand they were busy . My daughter just grabbed different jeans thought they were all buy one get one. The cashier talked to me like I was dumb or slow. Rolled her eyes and asked if I was going to keep them or change them. My daughter went to grab other jeans so she put the clothes to the side so when my daughter came back she told me I had to wait now! As much money as I spend here there is no reason for anyone to talk to us like that. I WILL NOT TAKE MY DAUGHTER THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Yesterday we buy some cloths from Aeropostale and we try to figure it the final prize with after Tex with front lady and she is very looking us like she is not want to sell or she is not intrested in customer she did not know how to treat a costumer.she is very rude and mean person I will never go again. Aeropostale have to improve there staff behavior

Casey is wonderful at what she does!!! I love this store, it’s definitely my favorite one in the area. The employees are so sweet and helpful and it’s always clean and organized. I would give it 10/10 if I could!

Amazing team helped me and my sister find the perfect graduation outfit! Super sweet and very helpful, clean store with an amazing layout. Will be going back every visit to the mall for sure!!

I personally think this store is a store I will definitely come back to! All the employees are outgoing in keeping their customers attended and happy. Something that most stores don't do!

So I go to return a couple of pairs of pants and the lady at the register was nice and I was waiting for them to do the return I'm standing there and I turn around and see this girl standing right behind me just staring.. Like I Took something! Mind you I didn't look at nothing only to see if they had my size to either get a different size or return them. That was it! This girl was just Staring so bad that I could el it and every time I turned towards her she was just staring! I don't think I will go back!

Horrible service! I ordered online and picked in store pickup when i got to the store they had no record of my order so i waited three hours while my kids cried for them to call customer service to do NOTHING about it, the money came out of my account my email has confirmation of the order but they offered me “30% off if i wanted to buy them again†but no way am i paying for them AGAIN!! I will never go back!
