“Nice place to live. Not a fan of the floor plans but it was nice while I stayed there. Neighbor above me had problems and was noisy. We had roaches when we first moved in and they were gone in a month. It's not the apartment that has roaches it's the people. just clean up and they will go away!!!! Maintenance was always nice and fixed the problems in a timely manner. Still waiting on my security deposit to come back. I will update when I get it.”

“Hands down the best place to be in Victoria, Tx!!! I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about this Luxurious Complex, This place is truly unrivaled due to outstanding staff! The maintenance crew at this location is the hardest working crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, super fast! And the best part about it all is Erin H. In the front office! If you have a question, she has the answer! If you need help, she’ll help get the amazing maintenance crew over to you! Having Erin at this location is the biggest perk of living here, I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home for the last three years!!!”
