The communication was great, they were/are super friendly and helpful. They definitely made me feel welcome and are always ready to assist in any way needed.”

“This will be the second year my daughter has stayed here while going to University Of Houston Victoria. They are way better than the dorms the freshman stay in. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing stuff there's just a little process you have to go through to turn in anything that is broke. They seem to be relatively clean and nice.”
