“When my grandfather passed away, I was in the market to get a shadow box done to memorialize him. This location is the only one willing to work with my vision & still be within my price range. The store manager Veronica & store assistant Soniya were extremely helpful & so nice. Both ladies gave a few suggestions on how to help my vision come to life & were more than willing to look for specific frames I would be interested in. In the end I went with a frame they did not have in stock & they had to order from their supplier. Also, they had a wide selection of colors for the backdrop so no need to order that as well! Once the frame came in, it took only a week for the shadow box to come together. Both ladies also called me to let me know updates on the progress of my shadow box without me having to call first. Once the project was completed, I was more than happy with the finished product & had absolutely no notes or criticism on how to improve it. The ladies here really understood what I was wanting for my grandpa's memorial piece & it was such a great relief compared to other shops in the area. I would most definitely recommend this place & to give them a chance on any vision yall may have!”
