Horrific Customer ServiceI came in to get a quote on fixing the bumper and mirrors on my car. The quote went smoothly and the service was fine. René told me to bring it in Tuesday and that I should have it back that Friday. I took it in Tuesday and didn't get it back for a week and a half. There was zero communication on their part. They called me once after a week asking if I wanted to repair the wiring in my headlight and told me it may take more time for the parts to come in. Obviously I said no, considering it was already past the time I was expecting to have my car back. I was having to find rides because I didn't plan for an extra week without my car. I found out they didn't have the parts when I took it in that Tuesday and my car was just sitting there. I was so annoyed that I could have kept my car until the parts came in. René told me they'd order the parts the day I came in for the quote, I wish he would've called when they arrived so I didn't have to inconvenience my friends and family for rides when it took longer than expected.The repair looked really great but a week later the right. side of the front bumper was falling off so I took it back in to have it checked out and hopefully fixed. When I went in I asked for Fabian because René worked out of Fabians office and I had their names confused. When I went into Fabian's office I was confused because I didn't remember the man I worked with looking like that, but I only met him once so I asked if he was Fabian and if he remembered working with me. He looked at me like I was stupid, so I talked about my car in hopes it would jog his memory or help me find who did work with me. Fabian realized it was René and called him, no answer so he told me that René would call back and he let me awkwardly stand in his office for about 3 minutes without offering me a seat or trying to make the situation less uncomfortable. René wasn't calling back so Fabian tried again, this time he picked up and Fabian said he'd be on his way. René was kind and helpful, he took my car to the shop and told me to wait inside. My next issue was that he never told me when it was finished. Another man I had never met saw me with my car when I was talking to René and he saw me sitting waiting, I suppose he was confused regarding why I was still there because he told me something along the lines of: isn't the orange car yours? it's outside so you can go.Concluding:Atzenhoffer does beautiful work when it comes to repairs, but their service is severely lacking. There needs to be communication training and they need to go over general manners. There was absolutely no reason I should not have been kindly greeted and offered a seat. The people I spoke to were well into middle age and have had decades to understand basic manners. I am 21 but I would never have acted so blasé towards patron.

I would not recommend this dealership if it was the last one on earth.We were in Victoria in February and my car broke down. We used Cadillac's courtesy service to have my car towed to Victoria Atzenhoffer. They towed my car back to me in Rowlett Texas. During the time the car was picked up and delivered back to me there were scratches put on my car that were not there when they took possession of my vehicle.They first told us to get an estimate on the damage and send it to them. Once they received the estimate they declined saying there is no proof that the damage occurred in their possession. Asked us if we contacted the towing company that was contracted by THEM.The dealership that I deal with in Frisco is in disbelief for the way that we have been treated. Atzenhoffer Chevrolet your service stinks! My father used to purchase all of his vehicles from them when he was alive. He would be livid.

Worse dealership experience I've ever had. Had our Cadillac in for service, they damaged the passenger door and refused to take responsibility. Would not recommend them for anything, not even a oil change.

I brought my 2018 Buick Encore in for routine service. I’m a transplant from MA & don’t know much about the area. Atzenhoffer came highly recommended, and I can see why. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stephanie called me as needed to make sure I was getting the services I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Atzenhoffer and they just found themselves another customer.

Very easy dealership to deal with when getting my new Chevy. They had the truck I wanted on the lot so I drove 2 hours to make a deal. They were more than fair on my trade in value and discounted more than the "city dealers" in my area. A+ in my book.

I took my suburban in for maintenance and other issues the vehicle was having last week. Liz, in the service department, was able to get me a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired and maintenance. Liz also kept in touch with me on a daily basis to let me know the status of the repair. The guys in the shop also fixed an exhaust issue that I had that was not covered under my warranty FREE OF CHARGE!!! Not only was the loaner car clean and full of fuel when I picked it up, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating the entire time they had my vehicle. I'm glad I bought my car local. They have definitely earned my business once again!!!
