“What a great experience. Jaclyn was a great help. Now, the other to kids there, young boy he just sat on his phoneand so did the girl they were no help to the people who came in. Jaclyn had told them multiple times to help these people they were in no hurry. So Jaclyn was helping me and them . I don't know why the other 2 employees were there .i guess just for a paycheck. I had an emergency issue with my brakes well on the road. Jaclyn was kind enough to let me use some store tools and helped me fund the brakes I needed. To get back on the road. I called Big State and spoke with Donnie. He told me that he didn't have one in stock but that he could order a new replacement and have it at Big State the next morning. Donnie beat everyone's price and provided 5 star service. I highly recommend Big State Auto Salvage.”

“I had a steel line start leaking on a Mahindra tractor and went to a local Napa auto parts store Saturday morning in Yorktown to have a rubber line made up to replace it and they did not have metric fittings so the man referred me to Hansa in Victoria.I'm happy that he did. The people that I met today are nice folks that are very knowledgeable when it comes to hydraulicsI showed up Monday morning shortly after they opened up. They knew exactly what I needed and fixed me up immediately and I was back on the road headed back to Yorktown and in the field working with my tractor again by 11 a.m.Even though it takes me almost an hour to get to them I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for hydraulic hoses because I know if I walk in there needing anything hydraulic related they will have it and they will have it at a reasonable price.Thank you for the great service.Kenny Roberts”
