“after getting screwed over my another shop here in town by not fixing my car correctly after my accident. i was calling around to different shops here in town in hoping to find someone that will touch it and i got recommended here. they gave me a chance and told me to bring it by. they looked at my car, called another shop that they work with, that does tire work since they don’t and got me in with someone that was willing to touch it. thank you guys so much. my car is fixed bc of you guys and i hope we don’t meet again under any circumstances but if we do i know im coming to you guys in the future and definitely recommending you guys to anyone i know and im going to call my insurance to make sure yall are on their list of shops to choose from, making sure yall are number 1 and hoping they take the other one off the list. thank you guys so much again”

“I drive a foreign car (Mercedez Benz) and it needed some mechanical work. I did not want to toll my car to an out-of-town dealership as most people in town do. So, I was told by a brother who works for a local towing company. I ran across VLZ Collision online. On their website it stated they do automotive repair and the site also displayed pictures of final repair jobs.
VLZ Collision not only diagnosed the problem (water pump) but repaired the problem and gave me a GREAT PRICE and the staff was nice and professional! I would recommend them and use them again.”
“Had a long dent n gash on the middle of the hood. Went to 3 places and Ocv was the most reasonable. They did a great job on the dent and paint, and went beyond that by fixing the dinks on the front most of hood. Thank you, Ocv, for a job well done!”

He immediately made me feel comfortable and under My concerns and hurry for repairs. I told him when I needed the truck by, and he delivered!! For half the price!! I am so glad I found this shop. Highly recommend!! It’s always a concern of mine when I go to shops that they might try to screw me over because I obviously don’t know what is what when it comes to mechanics. Traveling halfway across the country and finding ourselves stranded in what seemed like the middle of no-where Texas with a newborn, two dogs and luggage, our (brand new) vehicle needed to be towed to the nearest Hyundai at 11pm on holiday weekend. Being active duty in the military, it was imperative that we got back in time and we were mentally preparing to pay thousands of dollars on a rental vehicle and having to eat the cost of shipping our vehicle back across the country. Ashton, the customer service rep had amazing communication skills and updated us every step of the way, ensuring us that she would "EXHAUST ALL EFFORTS" to get us back on the road before the weekend was up. Thanks to the service manager, Angela, and the foreman, Rick, they resolved a major issue and we were back on the road the very next day. Highly recommended and very trustworthy. If you're looking for a place with integrity and cares more about customer satisfaction than making money, this is the spot!”
