“I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff. Traveling halfway across the country and finding ourselves stranded in what seemed like the middle of no-where Texas with a newborn, two dogs and luggage, our (brand new) vehicle needed to be towed to the nearest Hyundai at 11pm on holiday weekend. Being active duty in the military, it was imperative that we got back in time and we were mentally preparing to pay thousands of dollars on a rental vehicle and having to eat the cost of shipping our vehicle back across the country. Ashton, the customer service rep had amazing communication skills and updated us every step of the way, ensuring us that she would "EXHAUST ALL EFFORTS" to get us back on the road before the weekend was up. Thanks to the service manager, Angela, and the foreman, Rick, they resolved a major issue and we were back on the road the very next day. Highly recommended and very trustworthy. “Quick and quality. They have a small store that looks a bit sketchy and has very little parking, but they are nice inside and good at what they do. We got a windshield replaced and forgot to unmount my dash cam and take off the stickers but they removed and remounted all of them for us with proper alignment for the dash cam.”

“I went to another local truck shop and got a quote for over $7K. I left that shop and came here to Holt. Jody had amazing customer service. He immediately made me feel comfortable and under My concerns and hurry for repairs. I told him when I needed the truck by, and he delivered!! For half the price!! I am so glad I found this shop. Highly recommend!! It’s always a concern of mine when I go to shops that they might try to screw me over because I obviously don’t know what is what when it comes to mechanics. “I drive a foreign car (Mercedez Benz) and it needed some mechanical work. I did not want to toll my car to an out-of-town dealership as most people in town do. So, I was told by a brother who works for a local towing company. I ran across VLZ Collision online. On their website it stated they do automotive repair and the site also displayed pictures of final repair jobs.
VLZ Collision not only diagnosed the problem (water pump) but repaired the problem and gave me a GREAT PRICE and the staff was nice and professional! I would recommend them and use them again.”
