Older man answers the phone sounding confused about every question asked and was unable to provide a price for service. Stuttering and pausing for several minutes before speaking each time.Horrible customer service I do not recommend

B&B, Mr. Baker did a great job on my Nissan Rogue. It has never run as great. He found the problem in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Gordan saved the day for us. We were driving from Houston to South Padre Island last week and our car broke down in Victoria. He was the only place that we could find around that could get to us that day. He was able to fix the problem and he walked us through the whole process. He charged us a reasonable amount. We made it to vacation and back home with no further problems. Very thankful for his help.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great little mechanic shop. Went there for first time. Told owner of shop I had a oil leak. He didn't waste no time, lifted my truck and check for leak, that quick. He told me about the leak. Next day dropped it off, few hours later fixed. Nice find!!

I will never take another vehicle there ever again and I recommend that no one else go there either. He said on the phone when I called he was the best mechanic in Victoria with 40 years of experience and he could fix anything. After doing a computer diagnostic test and having my truck for a week he tells me to come pick it up and take it somewhere else because he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Very bad business.
