Once again this Victoria boot barn proved why we prefer Cavenders. Only posting this hoping a higher level Manager sees it. We came in right at 12, with my husband wanting to get a new pair of boots. 4 workers stood and talked at the check out area the entire time we were in there and not one person came over to offer any help. Prices were better, but we are going to spend our money somewhere else. Where they actually seem to care when a customer walks in.

Went in looking to buy a few pairs of boots. Sale personnel seem to be too busy visiting among themselves to help. Didn't find what we were looking for.Went to Cavender and found amazing service. If you are looking for boots, go to Cavenders and ask for Kallie, a great salesperson.
