“Gorgeous store! Such an amazing building filled with beautiful things. If you want to see the stuff upstairs, you’ll have to climb a really steep and high concrete staircase. (If you have vertigo or a physical limitation, this may not be accessible for you.) Scary stairs aside, it’s fantastic. Overpriced, but I’m sure it’ll be fine for those comfortable with boutique pricing. It was clean and smelled good. The staff was kind, was greeted walking in the door.”
“Johanna in returns/exchange is very nice ,pleasant and helped me with a return, then we walked around store and bought a different kind. We appreciate Johanna patience and quick check out! No lines and she does with kindness! Spot award needed for the way she carries the JC Penny brand /image of terrific customer service! While we were leaving, another lady heard i was getting her name to leave a review and she agreed she wanted to do the same! That's what you call customer service!
Store had everything as advertised for Black Friday, the associates had the store organized and was very neat and clean!”
“I would rate 10 stars if I could! I came in looking for some Gianni Bini platform sandals. As I had tried some on in one of the SA locations but had had a terrible experience. I was helped by Katelynn and she knocked it out of the park! She apologized multiple times for how I was treated at the other location and brought me the size I wasn't permitted to try at the north star mall location. And they fit perfectly! They aren't the exact ones I came in looking for as they dont carry them instore but she did offer to order them for me. I am beyond happy with my new wedding shoes! And I greatly appreciate Katelynn taking care of me!”
