The short Hispanic lady with glasses and a Messy bun was no help. Didn’t even try to understand the situation we were having and was just sitting on her ass on her phone. Employees are simply rude. They lack customer service and empathy. I’m not sure if it was the manager or just employee but disappointed if I could give a negative star I would.

The location at 3112 N. Navarro St Ste C in Victoria, Texas is where we go and we have been very happy with them. Lisa goes above & beyond to assist customers and she is very easy going & very sweet. We so genuinely appreciate her!! Thank you again, Lisa for helping Mark & I with our cell phone needs! :)
