Alyssa thank you kindly for meeting us at the location off Ben Jordan and showing me and my mom two storages for our stuff. This lady was very kind and her customer service was great she was kind enough to let us follow her back to the office, I give her 50 stars or greater!

Got broke into within a week
Gate is still broke... poorly maintained location. Not very helpful staff. Do not recommend if you want to keep your stuff safe

I booked online, was given the wrong unit. Manager moved me out to correct one. Told how much a month I was gonna pay. Next month's payment was about 75 more. When I questioned they said because I was moved in in store they wouldn't honor online price. Even though the Manager said they would. I would put 0 stars if I could.

After driving literally across the country, we needed somewhere to place our things. This very small town didn’t have anything we could rent on a Sunday so we found this one town over. All online was able to rent and mover in that day!! LIES! Just so happens this particular office doesn’t you have to go in to the office to get the gate code. Of course it’s a Sunday of course they are closed! So I hit up the online chat and nope imagine no help at all! If I could give and negative star rating I would! Now I am waiting on return emails from corporate and the manager .
