If I could give a negative score I would. The lady behind the pharmacy counter Tabitha, is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I asked a simple question about insurance and she rolled her eyes and said “I don’t take that insurance.” Then I go to ask another question about other insurances and he rolled her eyes and said “I don’t know. We don’t take that insurance.” She wasn’t even listening to the question due to she wouldn’t let me finish the question. She is rude as hell. I will not ever go back into this CVS EVER AGAIN. She pissed me off so much I was shaking. Several people I know are not returning to this store after dealing with her. Her professionalism needs some serious work.

Employees are nice and helpful. Love how a refill is filled and I am notified without me having to make a call to request refill.

Least professional pharmacy team I've ever dealt with. They have no regard for your time and they are rude as hell. Screw these people.

I get all my prescriptions at this store. They are slow to get prescriptions ready, and it is often difficult to get them on the phone. When we first started using this pharmacy, the pharm techs and the cashiers were kind and caring. That no longer seems to be the case. They seem way too busy to care about their customers. Today I went in, and there was a dead animal in one of the handicapped parking spaces. I told the pharm tech and was told that they have called animal control, who won't pick it up. It is 101 degrees. The stench is sickening. What other business wouldn't take care of this themselves? I'm disgusted.

Called to check on a prescription being filled, after being on hold for 15 mins. A guy comes on and says it will be ready later in the day. When I told him I needed to add two more refills he said he didn't have time and to call back tomorrow. Since I was leaving town for work for three months I ask him what do you mean you don't have time, we're in the phone right now. He said " we're done here" and hung up the phone. I transferred my prescriptions across the street to Walgreens and will NEVER step foot in a CVS again.

A two star rating only because of the young man who was so friendly and helpful when I had a question, and for finding what I was looking for. He deserves 5 stars! However, the place looks like it needs pressure washing on the outside and the restroom smells like a urinal. There was old dry (what looked like) stuck on defecation on the toilet and to top it off, no soap!! You are a pharmacy! Had a brief encounter with the manager, and she was not very friendly either. Also, why was the pharmacy area closed? What is going on CVS?!

Stay away from this pharmacy if you want to maintain sanity. Refrigerated medicines are not kept refrigerated and bare hands are used to count your pills. Every month they mess something up with a reoccurring prescription.... Hoping next year my insurance will change pharmacies. Obi the "manager" is absolutely no help and doesn't care at all. Customer service is non existent!

I would not recommend this pharmacy. I used this pharmacy for over a year and finally had to leave. They will not call when they tell you they will. They tell you they are ordering your medication and it takes over a week and having to call and reorder several times. When they choose, they will not answer the phone because "They are busy". I had to leave my house and drive there to ask a question about my medication. I would show them I was still on hold and they would just shrug their shoulders and say "We are busy". They will not even answer the phone for insurance companies. My insurance called and they would put her on hold then hang up several times.

I am a physician. My son recently needed a suspension medication (liquid for kids who can't take a pill). Our pediatrician prescribed 5 days of the medication. With pills, you can count them as soon as you are given the bottle to be certain the pharmacy is giving you what is prescribed, but this is not possible with a child's suspension. By the time we reached day three, with no spillage nor waste, dosing very accurately, we were completely out of our meds. The head pharmacist at this CVS is terribly rude and it took me arguing harshly and warning him that I myself am a doctor to get him to relent and give us what we ought to have been given in the first place. He was very rude about it even then.
Just be aware, if you use them, you may run into this issue. I do not know if this was an honest mistake or if they routinely cheat customers, but I did not find the manner in which this was handled appropriate, and do not think they would have cooperated if I was not a physician myself.
I will be making a report of this incident to our pediatrician, all the doctors I know in this community, and also to the better business bureau. Shorting patients their prescribed medications is a serious offense. Making errors in prescriptions and being hostile about correcting them, is not to be taken lightly, either.
