Evidently all they want is to sell new tires. 2 hour wait for a tire rotation is ridiculous, I walked out and never going back. I’ll get them rotated somewhere else.

Free isn’t always free. Had tire rotation done and they messed the alignment up in the process as well as broke a piece off my rim. They did manage to get the rim back together. I asked if they would align the tires or maybe give a discount. Discounts response. Absolutely not. After years of being a loyal discount tire customer. I’ll never be back.

I am very satisfied with my experience. On Sunday 3.3.2024 I ordered and scheduled an appointment for Friday the 3rd online. Monday, the 4th, I received a call that my tires were in and to call if I wanted to reschedule an earlier installation so I rescheduled for Monday the 4th. The staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. The process lasted about an hour or so. 5 ⭐️’s
I noticed that the solution used to mount the new tires was very noticeable on the side walls, but figured it would spin off on my thirty minute drive home. When I arrived home, After spending $900 plus I expected more and I’m somewhat disappointed that the mounting residue was still present (zoom in). All four tires had it but the drivers side rear tire was the worst. These pictures are of the that tire. 1 ⭐️

Great customer service as soon as I walked in. Greeted me at the door. They were helpful and knowledgeable of what my vehicles needed. Tires installed and ready to go. Love the app downloaded it lets you know when your vehicle is in and out and the process. Love my local Discount Tire and the associates. I do not go anywhere else for new tires & installation.

Met me at the door and had my flat fixed in no time!1-18-24Blake was awesome. I needed 5 new tires for my trailer and he kept hunting until he found what I needed. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I've been going there for many years and will continue.
