This is an update to my review from 8 years ago:
95% of the employes are still just as bad if not worse. Most times that I have gone there they were extremely rude. One time I saw an older gentleman ask an employee where an item was and they said they didn't know and he would just need to look for it himself. There have been multiple times that I went in and there were 2 employees talking about something going on in their personal lives, they were yelling back and forth since one of them wasn't in a close proximity to the other person. They are highly unprofessional and act like they are inconvenienced to do the job that they are being PAID to do. Honestly, they are the closest store to me, but a lot of the time I will drive all the way across town so I don't have to deal with the people that work there. Unfortunately, there are time the other stores didn't have the item I was looking for, so I have had to go there. It's horrible that the management there still allows their employees to act the way they do.
They could definitely stand to retrain some of their employees. Some of their employees are friendly, others not so much. The store it self is usually ok, I have went in several times when they were stocking various items and the employees do not know how to stock with taking up the whole isle which is inconvenient when you are trying to get something down that isle. Some minor improvements are needed, mostly to the staffing.

I found what I was looking for peanut butter & lemon cookies. The store was fabulous, so much to look at. Excellent Customer Service very friendly and helpful.

If you're here visiting because your home got decimated from a hurricane and the electric companies are greedily taking their sweet time to deploy line workers and were able to bring next to nothing with you, these people at dollar tree sure will get mad that your poor elderly mother with arthiritis takes an extra bag because they crammed too much stuff for her to carry.

The store is located in an older shopping center but amount other new business. They stock many needed items and have very helpful employees to make sure your shopping experiences are enjoyable. Just slightly off Navarro Street and very accessable.

I bought a gift card thinking it was a good purchase but when I got to my car I decided I really don't need it. So I go inside hoping for a refund, but no apparently they can't do refunds on gift cards. Tf? Why not I just got to my car it hasn't been used so why can't they do refunds.
