The gentleman who did my feet - removing gels and added no polish; massage & wax was kind and very attentive to the task. Excellent service.
The lady that was removing dip from nails. Left polish on my hands, under nails, color was gone but raised bed still remained. I asked for clear coat only. She rushed through leaving a mess. Which I removed at home because it looked disgusting.
For $90.00 I expected way better care. Not being rushed through considering I was there when store opened only having one other active client.

Took my daughter Sunday to get full set for her birthday We got there right when they opened @ 12 was first in line on the the list and was told to come back in 30 mins came back in 20 she was working on 2 people was told to come back in 15 more mins came back in 10 showed her what my daughter wanted and was told it was going to be another 15 mins then she proceeded to assist another customer people if you had appointments you should have said that service sucks. Wasted an hour for nothing will never recommend or return. You don’t even deserve this one star

Most god awful experience I've ever had, my pedicure left My big toe infected with an ingrown that didn't get removed right. I'm in so much pain and my toes look awful..stay away from here. 60 dollars later with a horrible pedicure and an Infection.

My friend and I had appointments for pedicures. She got excellent service, but I got horrible service. We paid for the $55 upgrade pedicure. The lady with long gray hair did my pedicure, but she didn't really give me upgraded services. I got a solid color polish...expecting just acrylic polish...and had to pay $70 for shellac. My old salon didn't do shellac unless they cleared it beforehand. I at least would like to be asked if I want shellac polish for the price difference. Mine was finished in 30 minutes. My friend's took an hour for the same package at the same cost and she got designs on her tonails. I'm not happy with the service I received, and I am one of the easiest customers to make happy. I also tip very generously if they try at all. This is the only time I've ever not tipped at a nail salon. I do not recommend this salon due to the poor service I received.

I recently visited this place at the mall. Usually when I go they’re pretty reasonable with pricing which is why I liked to go there but yesterday I had the OWNER of the nail salon do my nails and she was very rude. Basically I asked for the design on the right and she said it would be 75 and could tell she just didn’t want to do the work which is why she was up charging me to make me change my mind. I asked her how much it would be to just paint my nails regular and she said 50. I don’t understand how half the product and some polka dots is worth 25 more dollars. I will not be going here anymore. Definitely not worth your time trust me. Also don’t think this short of nails & regular square should be 50 dollars but hey what do I know..

I am not local, just stopped here on a whim while shopping the mall. Chris attended to me and my manicure needs. He was very personable and gave me a great experience and listened to my wants. I will be back I’m highly satisfied.

This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been too. It took over an hour an a half and my nails look horrific! I have to go to another salon and get them fixed! Stay far away from here!!

Julie and Dean did fantastic! They were so wonderful! ? They were very personable and I loved our first time here! I was visiting in town and glad my boyfriend picked this place! I recommend them to everyone! We will definitely come back next time!!!! Book the VOLCANO special with them! Thanks Dean! You hooked it up! We left happy and relaxed!

I went to this place, and I told the lady square nails she did almond shaped and then cut my thumb she did them way to long when I told her shorter and made me pay 60$ for these ugly nails.Services: Acrylic nails

I mean.. they look ok, but she cut me. We got pedicures as well and all they did was lotion our feet, file the nails a little, and paint them (messy). No ingrown removal, no foot grater, basically nothing. Not happy with the experience. The lady was more worried about her nails than mine.
