When i went in for an oil change i asked to have my right front tire balanced because of overweight issue on the tire from a flat that was improperly balanced at a different shop but when i watched the technician he only looked at the tire not once did they do what i asked for but recommended an alignment could be done...that is not what i asked to be done pulling to the right when at highway speeds they did not listen to my concerns. The oil change was normal but i will not be using Firestone again because this experience made me feel like all the talk is just talk and only looking to add additional services

I went today to FireStone after a very long day because my head light was out. I had just went to Advanced Auto Parts and they were ZERO help. After walking into Fire Stone they were busy but still found time to help me. The technician came out and got the headlight fixed. Thank you Miguel! I appreciate good customer service and they definitely get an A++!

Went in for an alignment, was told one rotor needed replacing and they could do it for $520. That if I didn’t my wheel would come off since it was so bad. I took it to my mechanic who said it was fine, did not need to be changed or even rotated.

Two weeks ago I had my water pump replaced and the following week I had my breaks all replaced. I was driving out of town and I had no oil in my engine. Firestone was the last people to go under my hood. When my oil light came on I checked the dipstick to make sure there was no oil in my engine and there wasn’t. I had to put more oil in. And when I went back to them the next day they said that my value cover gasket was what cause the leak. So what I don’t understand is the two times they went under my hood they didn’t see a leak? And been like there was no oil in the car it cause my engine light sensor to go bad and I had to get that replaced as well and also got charged for the oil change that had to happen and now my AC unit is acting up. I will never go there again because I go there to get my car fixed but everything time I go there it seems to be another problem after another. They lost my business. I have all the receipts showing that I was there at least 4 times within 2 weeks and feel that shouldn’t be right. Feel like they nickel and dime you.

I replaced my upper control arm and lower control arms on my Tahoe and noticed uneven tire wear after. Took it in for an alignment and was told they were super busy that day and may not get to it. By 9 am they called and tried to tell me my upper and lower control arms needed replacement due to cracking and wear. They tried to charge me close to $1000 for the job. Knowing I just replaced them, I paid the $21 “inspection fee” to give them the benefit of the doubt and went straight home to take the wheels off and look myself. The bushings were in perfect condition. The oil residue on one side was lithium grease that I put thinking a squeak was coming from there that ended up coming from another spot under the car. The grease fittings they said were missing don’t even go on the ball joints, they’re sealed ball joints. Thieving liars they are!!! And I will be posting on Google and other sites with pictures of proof. This place deserves to go bankrupt.

Ease of making an appointment, eagerness of staff (David) to understand and help with customer problems. General atmosphere of helpfulness and care.

Their service has improved, but their lobby leaves a lot to be desired. There is not even a water fountain or at least a vending machine since they don't even offer complementary coffee anymore.

Although I didn’t get my vehicle fixed any of the 3 times it was in this shop, the manager “Nick” was professional and kept his composure during my “fit of rage”. In the end, he contacted his area manager and got approved to refund my last service. Thank you Nick, for doing what you could to make it right.

Great front suspension alignment!
Toyota Tundra 4X4 needed to run a few more miles on old tires before purchasing new tires a month later.
Great job on the next alignment performed with all the extra components. Shooting for another 100k miles from this set of tires!

Techs were friendly and explained what the service entailed and how much it would cost. They were also pretty quick for an alignment job. Guessing having an appointment helped with that but I plan to continue to bring my vehicles here for services. Thank you

I went in for a state inspection and the manager was extremely kind, Did not ask for his name/ forgot it BUT, He was extremely helpful. I had additional questions about wheel alignments and he was able to answer them with ease. Definitely coming back for future service.
