Never have a good experience at this location, all the others are awesome. Though totally not convenient since I have to drive across town to one with better customer service. Have considered switching just because of all the issues with the one at this location. The best one for sure is the one located on Rio Grande always so friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs.

One of the guys pressured my daughter into opening an account. He couldn't understand the word "NO" , until she finally gave in. He also had the nerve to tell my daughter that since I was on her account at a reputable bank that I didn't need to know about this account. That she could keep it from me. Nevermind, that my daughter told him that I helped her with her account and that she didn't have a job, therefore it was her PARENTS who put money in her account. Yes, she is 18, but what he doesn't know is that I help her with her account because she is an impulsive buyer that we are trying to teach. But that was the great advise the man gave her. Conveniently, his name is NOWHERE on the paperwork. He told her it was a free account. I was looking at paperwork and he failed to tell her there is a $5 monthly maintenance fee. Although he did tell her the account will go inactive if not used in 90 days. It will go inactive, but apparently with fees and insufficient funds because she's not using this account! He failed to tell her as well that if she choses to close before the 90 days, it's a $25 penalty fee. They will be hearing from me in person!! This guy took advantage of an inexperienced young lady just to make his quota!
