Worst customer service ever! They call and text you relentlessly days before your payment is due. I have never missed or been late on a payment in the 2 years I've used them for auto coverage. Yesterday (6/2/23) I called to make my payment when I had time to take care of it because my work schedule is very hectic. Well I was informed that my payment was due on 6/1/23 and that my policy had been canceled for being 1 day late. And they would not reissue the policy without visiting their office which is in Victoria, TX. I informed them that I wouldn't be able to since I'm in the middle of a 3 month work project in Carlsbad, NM and can't get away right now. I pleaded with the lady (Christina) to make an exception as I've been a loyal customer for 2 years, never made a claim and never missed a payment. She said the rules are the rules. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager. I would not recommend Fred Loya to anyone based on the rude and awful customer service! I wish I could give negative stars for this review.

I went into the office to pay my insurance and I did not appreciate being asked if I was vaccinated. If the woman in the office are that scared maybe they should stay home. Ask that people wear a mask but they better not ever ask me if I'm vaccinated again.
