GameStop seems to be more about collectibles than games. I did find two games I didn’t have. I was asked about the warranty for the games and declined. In the past, I have been charged the warranty without my approval. So I always check my receipt.

This location is the worse Game Stop I have ever stepped foot in. We are members and spend a lot of money at game stop. However normally in the San Antonio area. We stopped by this location on a Saturday and I will admit it was 20 minutes to closing. We were the only people in the store, we were not greeted, were not helped in any way, then 10 min. Before closing she says you need to hurry up with your selections the store is closing. So we go to counter with what we had intending to purchase more but being rushed....Then she proceeds to put the wrong game in our case, a more expensive game than we had purchased, all because she was in a hurry to close and rushing us out the door. Your missing a Ghost Recon game when we purchased Arc.... I am not a theif and would normally return but we were traveling through and not from the area... If you could give less than a one star I would.

Apparently they have a "policy" that teens aren't allowed in the store without a parent? This policy is not posted on the door. They said it is on their site, but it is not. We've spent probably thousands of dollars at gamestop. It is unacceptable that my son was told he could not enter this store.

Went into the store to return and maybe sell a game. Josh was very friendly and helpful. Now if my refund would just show up.

Terrible customer service, employees who don’t care about customers, employees who refuse to answer the phone, down right bad business. Can’t wait for them to go bankrupt and close.

The second I walked in I was not greeted with happy customer service instead the employee said we better make it quick he has to go on mandatory break. I understand everyone needs to take lunch but it left like he took that out on us. We were definitely willing to spend money there but not after that. We did ask a few questions about products but he did not give eye contact and sounded annoyed with us.

I got my Nintendo switch here it was so expensive and I got minecraft and kirby and the forgotten land and I complete the game and I'm going to get pokemon unite here I hope it's gonna be a good game.

I visit this location quite often even though I can buy other places and digitally typically for a cheaper price. I visit it because of nostalgia of going to a game store. I even pay for their pro membership. Today will be my last time. I take my copy of Resident Evil origins up to the counter, and the associate tells me the price has gone up even though the price on the box has it listed for $22.99. He then looks up the price online to see if he can price match it and he says he can’t and the price will be $29.99. He gave an excuse of saying he had price changes to do and couldn’t honor the price. Most people would throw a fit and bring up advertised prices and saying you would have to honor it. That’s not me. Just simply won’t do business with a company that has those business practices.
