I qualify for Paratransit but when trying to arrange for a trip during business hours I get a voice message saying that the customer service line is accepting cancelations only. What is an elderly person living on social security without a car and needing to get to the doctor supposed to do?

I am waiting for my transit I tried calling and they keep hanging up on me I don't have a ride I have a disability.
