“Half star lost because the website doesn't mention that under 18 can't go here. Another half star off because the website doesn't mention it's digital only. Maybe that's implied by it being 24 hrs, and when you try to sign up for a digital pass it will not let you if you're under 18, but I'm from out of state and I've never used a public gym before and didn't know either of these were a thing. Showed up with a 17 year old and couldn't even figure out how to get in the building. It was embarrassing and stressful. The gym itself is really nice though, and the members and Brandon were really helpful, friendly, and non judgemental. If I lived here and didn't have access to a home gym, I'd definitely sign up. Perfect place for strength training.”

“It's the best bang for your buck in the fitness world. Especially if you travel a bunch and hate being limited by a hotel or Air BNB with little equipment. All the PF gyms I have been to are clean, well equipped and staffed with great people.”

“My daughter Marley has been going since August. She is in middle school and needed to get in shape. I have seen her slim up and her confidence is through the roof. She loves the gym that even when she has a volleyball or basketball game and will miss she will find me after the game running towards me saying she can still make Elite so let's go. I drive her there even for just 30 minutes because it keeps her active and she is motivated. This wouldnt be possible if she didnt enjoy the gym atmosphere.”
“This gym has 24 access and very near to my house. Packed with all kinds of equipment and found the staff is friendly and helpful. Very peaceful vibe, can spend hours to be honest. Fully recommended if you’re looking for 24 hour access and looking for well professional trainers.”
“I am at a point were I really needed this therapy. I had pool one day and "land" or occupational working on balance and body strengthening. The staff are super friendly, Understanding, encouraging, while being professional at the same time. They take the time to learn you're name, say hello and ask you how you're doing. I can get a copy of my exercise program to take home and do. It will have my up and coming exercises so there is no need for additional copies. Once I have completed my therapy and have gotten and done all my insurance covers i can take my certificate next door. In the same building and join the health club. I don't have to pay the fee to join just the monthly club fee's of $65. They have so much more that I can use then because my condition will improve by then. This location is about 1 mile from were I live and my insurance pays for transportation there. There is also the bus route that stops near by. I highly recommend this place if you're wanting or needing therapy in a environment that is not overwhelming and crowded. I give it a 10+.”
“Lovely gym. The second you step in you get greeted with a big smile! Everything is nice and clean, towels are always stocked and all the gym goers are always polite and mindful.The amenities are great. There is a large changing room with an area to relax, a steam sauna and regular sauna and a jacuzzi! There is also a lap pool and a smaller separate pool.What I also want to praise is the kids area. The staff for the kids in motion childcare is so amazing. They’re so respectful and kind to the children and I’m really grateful for the care they’ve provided.”

“Rock's Gym is a gym it ain't fancy an which quality but it's a gym environment. Machines are kept up by management an gym is clean. Evening get pretty packed.
If you need some fitness tips hit up Big Roy or Mike, they been around the gym game for a minute.”
