“A great gym for people who are serious about working out. They have a sauna and cold plunge which are a game changer for your overall health and recovery. The staff is amazing and welcoming. Victoria is there in the mornings when I’m there and always says hello and always asks if there are any needs or anything she or Evolve can do to better my experience. Victoria goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and heard.Must go to GYM”

“My daughter Marley has been going since August. She is in middle school and needed to get in shape. I have seen her slim up and her confidence is through the roof. She loves the gym that even when she has a volleyball or basketball game and will miss she will find me after the game running towards me saying she can still make Elite so let's go. I drive her there even for just 30 minutes because it keeps her active and she is motivated. This wouldnt be possible if she didnt enjoy the gym atmosphere.”

“I began going to this gym around June of this year and started because I wanted to lose weight and fell better about myself. And honestly it’s turned into way more than that, everyone at FSU is so welcoming and just makes me feel like if I miss days I’m missing out on being around really great people and an amazing environment ! I highly suggest FSU to anyone that’s ready to make the next move in their fitness journey!”

“I am at a point were I really needed this therapy. I had pool one day and "land" or occupational working on balance and body strengthening. The staff are super friendly, Understanding, encouraging, while being professional at the same time. They take the time to learn you're name, say hello and ask you how you're doing. I can get a copy of my exercise program to take home and do. It will have my up and coming exercises so there is no need for additional copies. Once I have completed my therapy and have gotten and done all my insurance covers i can take my certificate next door. In the same building and join the health club. I don't have to pay the fee to join just the monthly club fee's of $65. They have so much more that I can use then because my condition will improve by then. This location is about 1 mile from were I live and my insurance pays for transportation there. There is also the bus route that stops near by. I highly recommend this place if you're wanting or needing therapy in a environment that is not overwhelming and crowded. I give it a 10+.”
“Lovely gym. The second you step in you get greeted with a big smile! Everything is nice and clean, towels are always stocked and all the gym goers are always polite and mindful.The amenities are great. There is a large changing room with an area to relax, a steam sauna and regular sauna and a jacuzzi! There is also a lap pool and a smaller separate pool.What I also want to praise is the kids area. The staff for the kids in motion childcare is so amazing. They’re so respectful and kind to the children and I’m really grateful for the care they’ve provided.”

“I finally wanted to write this review since we are moving out of Victoria. We joined in 2020 and I was a little apprehensive b/c of the previous reviews & how they said this place is misogynistic, care about what you wear, etc. From my personal experience for the last 3 years, I've never had ANY worker say anything about what I wear. The staff has become our extended gym family. The childcare staff, sports coordinator, front desk staff are all so kind, attentive and really care. We're going to miss this place. I will always recommend this gym for a family.”

“I absolutely love Rocks gym! All the team members are great and helpful, especially Cathy. Walking in she makes me feel at home and is so quick and helpful with anything I need! Great leg/Glute equipment for the women who are more interested in working lower body a lot. Great place!”
