John and especially Ty in the fish department were exceptionally helpful today! My husband is the grocery buyer in our household and I was new to the fish counter, and they went out of their way to educate me. Ty even took the time to show me his favorite way to make salmon and I made sure to take notes. He then walked me over to some seasonings he recommended. They were such a pleasure to interact with and I’ll definitely be back!

The ONLY thing I like about the H‑E‑B pharmacy is the proximity to my home. I dislike everything else. They are ALWAYS short staffed and it takes FOREVER to get my prescriptions. Inside or drive through, doesn’t matter. I see the poor few employees there and they are HUSTLING but whoever is running the pharmacy isn’t doing a good job keeping it staffed. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, H‑E‑B!!! IF YOU ARENT GETTING APPLICANTS, PAY MORE!!!

I love HEB BUT it would be nice if the cashiers could ask If we had any coupons before we cash out. Between having to bag my own groceries and fill up the cart and quickly try to get my money out I always forget to hand over my coupons sitting right there on my cart. And I should be getting a discount for working for free, instead I get extra ripped off because I don't even get to use my coupons.

I’d love to give a shout out to the young women that helped me in the make-up aisle this morning. You both are the two most amazing people! I knew absolutely nothing about buying make up and you both rushed in with no judgment and helped me with everything I needed! You both are most awesome!
