Need to work on y'all's customer service (at the drive threw) No hello good morning or anything but a blank stare waiting for the name and DOB. Than gives me the medication and walks away. *Signs recipe, drives off. Ok thanks👍🏽

I needed two prescriptions filled on June 4 talked to a tech who said they would be ready the next day. They were not filled but others were ready. These prescriptions are needed daily. It is always a hassle getting my correct scripts filled. I am tired of this mess. Get new pharmacists especially Valentine!

HEB Rio Grande-Victoria window employees are lacking a welcoming attitude, things are not the same. They don’t give you time to give patient’s name and very few can say thank you. I notice some good employees are not there anymore.

I am switching all our prescriptions to here. Pharmacist is the nicest lady I’ve ever met. We have had SO many issues with CVS. So I expect it from every pharmacy. Come in, issue comes up, pharmacist fixed it immediately. She is so so kind and understanding and non judge mental. I recommend this pharmacy! The staff is amazing! Quick service. You can tell they care.

Need to find a new pharmacy heb sucks I try to get my son's Medication and a lady had a attitude because she said there was nothing on her computer and she was like. What's the medication for ? Really very disrespectful.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. 6 hour wait times and 5 minutes before anyone answers the phone 9 times out of 10 calls is ridiculous. They need improvements all around. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. I'll be moving my scripts elsewhere. Reviews for them are not great.. I see why.

I want to thank Loretta for going out of her way and retrieving my daughters meds from another pharmacy (Walgreens) that was making me pay out of pocket for meds Medicaid covered she answered all my questions listened and emphasized with my concerns and offered to help before I could even ask thanks to her my daughter is now on the way to feeling better and I’m now making H‑E‑B my go to pharmacy!
