I told my husband that we could check out at the return register. He said he didn't think that they like for you to. ( I worked at this home depot before as a cashier) So the 2 girls were in the service area talking. They both came up to check us out. I told Vanessa; you don't mind checking us out here right? She didn't answer right away, continue scanning my items. Then she said, if we're not busy. Which she wasn't. I just interrupted them from visiting. The store needs a self checkout in the middle of the store. Not just on the two opposite sides of the building.

I just want to shout out Kevin. I went in yesterday looking for a drill and he went above and beyond to try and find the exact one I needed and was even willing to work with me to find a deal on a different one. In the end I didn’t find one but knowing that he’s there I’ll definitely be going back soon to do business with that location. Thank you Kevin if you get the chance to see this.

I was in the other day looking for some fittings to hook up water to an ice maker and was honestly not making any progress. I was in the store for 5 to 10 minutes and a female employee found her way to me and new exactly what I needed and where is was and was extremely helpful and just as I said no that’s all I need I said oh yeah and she was there to help again. I don’t remember her name right now but I’m going to go back just to get her name and having more employees like the person that helped me would make the world less confusing……. When I get her name I’m going to tag it in somehow

We have spent close to 10,000 at Victoria store since October 4 2024. It is 30 minutes away from home we are renovating. While buying 14 sheets of sheetrock last night, I tried to return an item under 10$ but didn't have the receipt. They refused saying I have returned too many items without a receipt. I said so I'm supposed to spend more money to go back and look for receipt and return.....no credit towards purchase currently making??
I was so frustrated !

I’d give them “0” if I could’ve . ABSOLUTLEY NO CUSTOMER HELP, THEY LIKE TO POINT !! I’m a woman in my “60’s” and NO ONE would walk w me, they all stood around talking at the front & when I did find a girl she did go w me because I forced hee to and then I turned around and SHE LEFT ❗️ won’t ever go back

Things are stocked and 8ts clean, but finding an employee to help is always a struggle. It is more of a top-down attitude because finding a smiling help fave in a dozen trips per month to this location has been a struggle for years.

I wanted to rent equipment from here. They will force you to take the trailers with the equipment instead of using your own. A truck can't hook to more than one trailer at a time. Guess I will have to rent from anywhere else with a brain that also knows what the two genders are. Napa carries Milwaukee, so it looks like I am finally done with this dumpster fire.

I ordered a M18 Fuel Blower. And drove 1 hour to pick this up and was given this..... seriously Home Depot? Like seriously? Instantly returned.
