I got to work with T on finding my new car. He was extremely helpful and was able to answer the question with full confidence. Both T and Braden were able to explain everything that I was singing in full detail to make sure that I understood . And worked hard to find me a really good deal . Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming .

Was just at Toyota a hour ago and the difference between the atmosphere is crazy. Whoever the tiny salesman guy was is a net negative. There was an older guy that was kind. Smiles and kindness go a LONG way.

Brian provided outstanding customer service one Saturday morning. I called the Service Department that morning because my car wouldn't start; it was stuck in accessory mode. Brian took the time to help me try to resolve the issue over the phone. In addition, once I arrived at the dealership, Brian kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and offered to store my groceries in the break room refrigerator so they wouldn't spoil while I waited for my car. Thank you again, Brian, for delivering the WOW experience that customers rarely see these days.
