“I have seen a lot of negative reviews after I purchased the car warranty from my dealership. Today I had my first out of manufacture warranty repair. I will tell you they approved the claim immediately the only issue was not with Apex but with Ford Apex said the repair was going to be two hours and Ford said three hours, so I had to pay the extra hour which I really did not care. They saved me over $1000 on this repair! I will tell you when I purchased my warranty. I did purchase the platinum because I purchased a 2021 Ford bronco sport Badlands edition! I feel that the people that had bad problems it’s because they did not purchase the correct warranty for their vehicle!”

“To be real about things you have to know about the best way to make your insurance do the best for you. If you do not have the understanding of insurance you should give this place a call. Actually ask for Kandice, she is a good person to help you with what you need. I have had a wreck and they have offered to do more then any other insurance I have had. I have not filed or trusted insurance until she has done more for me since I got out of the hospital. They are worth a call!!!”
