NAILEA was amazing i got a brand new pair of Adidas Campus shoes in Pink/White and they came with a large stain on them. I was so upset and i just put them on that day and we walked in to get some spray and some suede cleaner. We told her what happened and she was like, let me see your shoes. I took them off my feet and she was like I got you girl, i can tell they are brand new. We will replace them on the spot! It was the last pair in my size i was so shocked and so pleased with her customer service. She did such an amazing job, and really took care of us. Thank you girl! Nailea you are amazing!

Went in to try on a pair of Vans. And because I wasn't PLANNING on purchasing anything, they refused to let me try on a pair. How am I going to know if I want a pair, if I don't know how they feel on my feet? They really need to employ more people-friendly people or train the rude ones on how to treat customers. I will not buy form this particular Journeys EVER. I have never had such a bad experience with any other Journeys, just this one.

Love their shoes. Hate this Journeys. Worst customer service at a Journeys. I hope the manager reads this. I asked for a shoe size. The employee came back with a size bigger. I said I already tried that on. He walked away. I thought he was going to get me the correct shoe size. He never came back. I went and found him. I said can I try the shoe on? He said no that's the only size we have. I said ok thanks for telling me...
He walked away. I said can I try a different shoe on and although there were 3 employees and only one other customer he just walked away. I said excuse me can I try another shoe on? And he walked away. LOL what the heck?! Won't return. Emailing corporate. They will be lucky if I ever buy another pair of shoes from them EVER. And I wear a lot of shoes.
