These guys are a joke. We called during the freezing temperatures earlier this month. Took 4 days for anyone to come out. We called everyday and they would say yes we'll send someone out today. Well when the driver finally got here, he said they never told him about us in the 4 days we were calling. Then, this week we called on Tuesday, the driver said he wouldn't be able to make it till Friday. Confirmed that we were on the schedule and everything. Well it's Friday, and now they say they're not coming out at all. Wow, worst company I've ever dealt with.

Kellogg Propane is a great place to buy your propane from. They deliver on time, with friendly service, and have even gone above and beyond several times for after hours and emergency service. I highly recommend using Kellogg Propane.

Was fast service, easy access… BUT.. I feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me. Unlike any other refill station or gas station I’ve ever used, they tried to charge me based on the size of my tanks, not by the amount of propane they put in it. When I told them I have gauges on my connections and I know I had 50% in each tank so why am I being charged as if it was empty, they responded with “we’ll do your next refill for free”. I’ll change this rating if they honor their word.

Turn at light if in motorhome w propane on right. Easy in easy out with a toad. Friendly enough.

With this weather we are having in Texas right now I went to Kellogg propane and could not believe the line of people waiting for them to get there tanks filled i was 13th in line and the majority of customers had two to three tanks to be filled but wow got out of there in around 15 minutes and paid for to thanks guys

Driving through the area, the propane tank on our motor home needed to be filled. I found this place via my Android, called ahead, and a very pleasant lady said they could take care of us. We found the place easily on Business 59, pulled in, and three guys came out to take care of us before we even came to a stop. Great service.
