We went there in the morning to look for a part for the dryer and didn't have it at the store so they told us to look online well long and behold is discontinue so we went back in the afternoon unfortunately the gentleman we spoke to was already gone for today so then first we approached a woman she was rude as hell look like all she care about was her makeup wasn't even put on right like we don't care if you have pink eyeshadow on help us out so she points us to another woman well that woman was helping another customer and she was taking her sweet time we waited like 30 40 minutes for assistance so we just left disgraceful maybe it was a good thing it happened this way you just save me $800 on a new dryer

We will never do business with Lowe’s in Victoria, Texas again because they have messed up our delivery orders multiple times and couldn’t care less when we called to ask them to resolve the problem. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. I would give them zero stars if I could. Don’t shop here and definitely don’t pay cash for your order.

Went in on Thursday 3-7-25. Waiting an hour for paint help. Customers walking around in garden section looking for help with items, finally found 5 employees standing in a group chatting. They need to hire some associates who care about keeping their jobs.

Great selection. Problem is , I was sent on a goose chase looking for pegboard hard. The kids sent me in a goose chase. Really! 15 minutes looking at ever item on two isles before I made him ask someone else.
Untrained reps. He should have walked me to the product and verified that I found it. THAT is customer service.

Hi I'm a very frequent buyer from Lowe's but I've have been having very bad experience about they're stupid policies cause I tried to return an item that I bought and because I lost my receipt and didn't put a phone number they decided not to excepted back, it make me look like I actually stoled the item and tried to return it back, I really love Lowe's but I probably might go back to home Depot and hope they don't do the same.

Worst Service ever been waiting over 30 minutes, spoke to four employees asking for help and asked for the supervisor or manager and still no one..just lost a huge home improvement order.
