I did an online pickup for an item they had in stock on the 1st. They said it would be ready today to pick up. Lo and behold it's 5:47 pm and they haven't even checked in the received items today from the truck they received today. It was suppose to be in stock but apparently someone can not do their on hands right so they had to order it. So it took me 2 times calling up there to get someone on the phone to tell me all this so I told her to cancel it cause it was for my husbands birthday today. So when she canceled it she hung up on me and I had a question if it got returned to my card. So they just lost my business.. Thanks for ruining my husbands birthday today Lowes!!!

Bought a new freestanding stove. No one bothered to tell us about charges to deliver or haul away old stove. A total of $79. Didn't find out until we got home. Called to ask about it and of course, it was our fault for not asking. The last time we bought appliances was about 10 years ago when we got a new house, and they did all that as part of the price. We cancelled the haul out of the old stove. They also no longer install the new one. Had to get plumbers to come, in a week's time, to do that. When the truck showed up the delivery man spoke very little English but was nice. He was still under the premise that he was to pick up the old stove, but we refused it. I was very disappointed in the customer service that we found at a place we always depended on in the past. The takeaway on this is to always ask every question you can think of if you go to Lowe's. Never assume they will have a full disclosure.

This ridiculous! I know alot of customers have complained. We have been giving Lowes many years of service; lumber, tile for new walking shower piping for sewer, paint, etc! Then we try to get a store credit with some fitting we no longer need and purchased with a gift card. Then the associated types in driver's license. Why? How's that going to determine if we can get a store credit. Not everyone saves their receipts or gets thrown away. This is the only store that made up some new rules to NOT accommodate the customer but thenselfs. Not even Walmart treat their customers like this. What are we going to do with fittings that we do notneed? We are grown up adult, senior citizens that are trying to fix our house!!It's not like we had 20 fittings or more. Maybe like 7 or 8 at we most!! Thank you for helping.My husband still purchased a 10ft pvc pipe and a T fitting. If it were up to me i would start taking my business to Home Depot!!

As a disabled veteran and small business owner. I've spent years and thousands of dollars with Lowe's.But after today's experience that all might come to an end. Manager Michael was called to come check a price on a clearance item. He told them over the phone just don't sell it to him. I told them I wanted hear it from him. He didn't like that and came over in a clearly hostile mood idk what his issue was but it wasn't warranted. The item was on clearance for $18 rang up for 2 cents. I made it clear that my intention was to purchase the item at the clearance price NOT the 2 cents. He didn't care he felt the best option was to give me a lecture on how he's not gonna sell it and that the other employee was also a manager so he didn't need to come over to handle this. As I pointed out the fact that he was being incredibly rude and had just crossed the line he decided that he was going to play the victim and leave. I feel sorry for this individuals staff, he has zero people/customer service skills.

Total lack of care when it comes to customer service. Purchased a washing machine and had installed. Installers did not listen to instructions on hooking up cold and hot water. They got that wrong and had to correct myself. Washer included a tool for swapping door swing. Tool was not found and when store and delivery team was contacted no one seemed to care about getting me the tool. Lowes refuses to order the missing tool but they gave me a phone number for the mfg to call and order the part. So I have to do a job that lowes should be responsible for.

Absolutely the most helpful lumber yard!Staff helped us find stain, varnish an paint brushes.Staff helped us pick out a board to use as a shelfAND cut that board to sizes I needed! Zip, zip zip! Straight cuts!

horrible customer service I found a dishwasher on clearance and was told I couldn't buy it because it was still on display and had to wait for a reset so they could take it out and sell it to me so I left my number,name,and item number and the manager said they would let me know when it was pulled out so I could come get it and I call back in a week to check on it and they already sold it to someone else and didn't bother calling be when the item was pulled from display.

Samantha was a rude chode to me when I was asking about flooring. She needs to be restrained. Also I will not be back. Home depot has way better customer service.

Went to Victoria Lowe’s needing help with an in-ground sprinkler problem. Being on the opposite side of the store, Gavin walked me over (I’m a 74 yr.old lady) to the sprinkler parts and took his time putting together the parts I needed to fix my problem (I had some of the broken parts). He made sure I understood how to assemble the parts and said if I needed any help when I got home, to call and ask for him and he would walk me through it. Thank you Lowes for employing such a helpful young man (Gavin)!!!

I cannot rate this store a zero or I would. Wow. We bought a 2-piece tool box to the total of almost $1000 to pick up. When we went to pick it up, they sent one petite female to load it into the back of our pick-up. You couldn't pull into the loading zone because of all the lawn mowers and grills out there. What's the point? Then she dropped the bottom part off the cart. It was well-cushioned and the box didn't seem to be damaged so we let it go. I wish I would have insisted on her going back and getting another one, but we tried being nice and understanding and went on with it. Luckily her manager was walking up to work when she dropped it off the cart so we had a witness. He said if it was damaged, we could bring it back. Really? It weighs a lot. A couple weeks later, I got my neighbors to help me carefully unload the components and we put it together. It wasn't easy to notice at first, but upon closer inspection, the drop bent the back and front corners of that side enough that 3 of the drawer don't work properly. I can't load this heavy thing up and don't want to drive from Weimar to exchange. After multiple calls and requests and lots of time on hold, I have NEVER received the requested call back. Some lady at customer service offered 10% off in a very casual way. NO! This is unacceptable. I travel for work and don't have time to drive down there for a conversation I can have on the phone. They like to answer, put you on hold, transfer your call, and then no one picks up or the system hangs up on you. This is ridiculous. If I have to drive down there to handle this, I will be even more unhappy than I am now. This is basic customer service. Call their copoerate customer service line and they will tell you every time the wait is 45 min to an hour. No wonder the wait is so long with such HORRIBLE and shameful customer service. I regret this purchase so much. I should have been a forceful customer and made her get me a new one after she dropped. I have waited years to get a nice new toolbox like this and it's just too bad LOWE's can't deliver better service. Shame on you! I'm going to HOME Depot forever now. Lowe's sucks, particularly the Victoria, TX location. Skip it and do yourself a favor.

The employees do a great job of balancing between maintaining their store and servicing their customers. My experience is they do all they can to help you find what you are looking for. Great team in Victoria. I have been living here in Victoria, TX over 2 1/2 years now and never had an issue with getting help or finding what I needed, even if I had to go with a substitute product.
