I had just moved to Victoria and needed a dentist. I was called kid numerous times by the male dentist himself. I am 42 years old and have three children. I dismissed it the first time, thought okay maybe that's a cool thing, the dentist is at least 20-30 years older than I am. It happened again on my second visit. I was on the phone with my husband, in the dentist chair, attempting to verify that he would be able to watch the children during my next appointment, when I heard in a tone of inferred disdain, "Why don't we put the phone away, kid, so we can get started." Not cool. At this point, I was offended. After about a week, I still felt issues with my tooth that actually cleared up later on, but when I called in to speak about the issues, Melissa was off the charts, condescending. At the beginning of our conversation, I mentioned what the dentist had done to the tooth, and she stated, "I know, I was there!" She kept this extremely sassy tone during the entire conversation. After the phone call, I thought, maybe she was so controversial because she assumed I was saying the dentist may have done something incorrect, and she was trying to protect him. Which was not the case, I just needed to see if my symptoms were considered normal.I usually give reviews of praise, but I believe people should know what they could be in for, if they choose to use this organization
