I wanted to return a dress and they wouldn’t return a dress because it had stains, well that’s how I bought the dress, how was I going to be able to return something I bought in that state.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!This is the most dishonest and unprofessional store I’ve ever been to .the assistant manager should just quit.she has no people skills what so ever. And if the store won’t let you return or exchange an item then they should have a sigh posted saying so I unfortunately got screwed.I will never shop there again .I thought I was buying quality not second rate product.I would not give any stars if it would let me

I really love this store it has alot of great things and a big selection in clothes and shoes and for the whole family. The prices are very reasonable I highly recommend this store.

Day after Christmas about 3:30pm there was disgusting and vulgar rap music over intercom when the girls behind the counter were confronted about it they replied "there just lyrics and thank you for the comment " then I asked to speak to the manager they replied they were both managers meaning they were not going to change the music. Melrose is advertised as a family fashioned store that is not proper music for a "Family " store. I will not be shopping in this store again.
