I was helped by Katelynn and she knocked it out of the park! She apologized multiple times for how I was treated at the other location and brought me the size I wasn't permitted to try at the north star mall location. And they fit perfectly! They aren't the exact ones I came in looking for as they dont carry them instore but she did offer to order them for me. I am beyond happy with my new wedding shoes! And I greatly appreciate Katelynn taking care of me!”
