I went in to switch my service from AT&T. Austin helped us and he was really helpful. We had some issues on the AT&T side and he was so patient. He made it a really good experience. He saved us money too so overall 10 out of 10

This place was horrible service dude was smoking inside behind the counter cops came in for someone and worst of all when the guy ran my card he charged me twice he was acting weird the whole time and then my money started coming up missing off my card I think he had a card skimmer I'd think twice before coming into this store if ur using a card with a chip needless to say he's getting reported

If I could give this store a 0 I would the worst customer service by metro PCs I ever been to don't appreciate getting yelled at and my wife and I was explaining the issues and my wife talked a little louder to make sure the lady working can hear my wife but she refused to help us and told me to get out of the store as soon as I was leaving she told me not to come back

The young lady that waited on me (the only one there tonight (03/05/2021) was excellent! I had some serious issues regarding my account; she went to great lengths to get the problem fixed and she was successful! A couple weeks ago in Port lavaca,Texas, I would in no way be able to make the same comments about the service I received there! It was because of the terrible service that I received there in Port Lavaca, Texas, that my account was in such a mess to begin with.The store I went to tonight in Victoria Texas, I give five stars!!!
