I was there at 10:26 on February 10th. I was pleased to find everything I needed for a gift for my sons birthday, only to be checked out by a clerk who could not be polite or even smile at me. I was appalled by his rude behavior. I purchased a business notebook that he pulled apart to check every pocket. He pulled out the notebook inside almost destroyed. I was able to reassemble it when I got home.

I travel and everyone I stop in the store to get supplies, I'm greeted with a hello. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Kudos to the staff and the management. This kind of atmosphere should be at any place you go.

I bought an office chair here a couple years ago. It's held up well and I still use it daily. I've business cards and documents printed here as well. They are always professional. I would recommend.

Office Depot was able to help me with my project for first responders. Nathan made the copies I needed and they had the right size paper. Excellent Customer Service he was helpful and friendly.

Ran in to grab a pack of four, clear, 8x11 sign holders and they cost me nearly $50... The price online is different than it is in the store, about $18. I simply asked about why this is the case, understanding it's not the employees fault, but was told by the employee in a rude tone, "well we don't read minds" and that we are expected to price match with Office Depot's own website... Ridiculous. Office Depot should just close down if this is how they want to run their business and have crazy pricing discrepancies like this on their own branded products and leaving their employees with no professional or reasonable explanation...

Fast service. But they should have shown me first copy to verify that it was okay, before completing the order; as it needed thicker paper and machine needed INK. No receipt given except for total charged.

I needed prints of my photos enlarged to create posters at the last minute. I ordered at midnight and picked them up early afternoon the next day. The paper that I requested was out of stock, so they upgraded the paper weight for free. Thank you!!!
