“The guy that’s real respectful Stev I believe he has glasses and he explained everything to me with professionalism and patience when everyone else didn’t bother to mention to me about the interest building up on my account I was unaware for almost 2 months , they told me something completely different I appreciate him wished I knew for sure his name but I’ll go back and ask him he’s the one with glasses real respectful and answered all my questions this is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back he makes you feel your taking care of and goes beyond to answer anything you ask and if he don’t know he checks and lets you know not giving false information like a few that do there . This man needs a raise and he greets you as soon as you walk in the door some workers there don’t they look like they get bothered or something Andrew Canada loyal customer”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process quick and easy. I especially appreciated how fair and straightforward they were. No pressure, no runaround, and no feeling like I was being taken advantage of.The shop itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection. It’s refreshing to find a pawn shop that combines great customer service with fair prices and an honest, welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy, sell, or pawn. 10/10 recommend!”
