Really good place. Replaced my alternator and wrapped a dieing O2 sensor with electric tape so the car would still start when it went out during the alternator repair. I went back with a cheap O2 sensor I got online and the mechanic advised against it as they'd put cheap ones in before for them to go out soon after. He could have just put in and taken the free money but that act of honesty earned them a repeat customer and 5 stars from me!

I took my vehicle to this shop knowing I had check engine lights telling me I had bad sensors.Called this place and I said I know the codes are telling me I need to replace the sensors but I think it might be the catalytic converter. They said to me no, no you bring it in and we tell you exactly was wrong with it, you migh not have to replace the catalytic at all.Well they told me the same thing the codes were telling me bad sensors" precisely the 2 downstream sensors.I replaced all 4 sensors! Only to find out the codes came back..That tells me that the catalytic converter is probably bad. And for them to charge me again for a second diagnostic I don't think so. That was my personal experience.Was at minimum expecting bring it in and we can do another diagnostic free of charge but I guess it is what it is.

I'm done with dealership charging outrages amount of money for a service.Probably saved about $300 to $500 by coming to Precision Auto Tune.They'll talk to you, explain everything and give you a quote before hand.They already had good reviews so I didn't even think twice about it.I will be returning for further service on my next vehicle.

I was referred here by a friend. I had unexpected issues one morning and went straight to the shop. They opened at 8:00 but were ready to help even though I as there around 7:30. At 8 some other scheduled appointments had not showed up so they started on mine right away. I was out of there about 2 hours later with 3 new coils and spark plugs.
