I wish I could take back the star. I had the worst experience with Cindy McDonald. She never returns calls. She needs to be fired. There is no reason for her to be there since she has no desire to help people at all. Her inefficiency caused my family wasted time and to lose out on our dream of buying a house. Never dealt with someone so unprefessional in my life. I have nothing but disgust for whoever hired her and allows her to continue working at the bank.

I have been banking with Prosperity for 23 years, and their customer service has become terrible.
The bank app said the lobby would be open until 6 today, but they closed at 5:15. The drive thru teller was snooty and rude until she confirmed I was right, but she still did nothing to help me. She even claimed there was not a supervisor there!
So apparently Prosperity doesn’t any longer have lobby hours to help accommodate their customers work schedules. So I left and opened my account elsewhere

I have been with this bank for years, and I can't believe the manager has such an attitude! The issue was over mobile banking.
