I was driving in Victoria and I heard a noise from my car I stopped off at Quick Lane they repaired it. Excellent Customer Service from Alexis Lopez. Had a wonderful cup of coffee and snacks as I waited for my Car.

I called Quicklane at Mac Haik Victoria to schedule an oil change. I made 5 calls, phone rang 10 times and it hung up; I tried again, no one answered. That was a waste of my time. I guess they don't want my business.

My state inspection was performed in less than 20 minutes after I arrived. A light bulb was replaced to conform to specs. It took about 30 minutes to determine the cost of this service. This procedure could be more efficient.

I’m new to town and didn’t know where to go for an inspection. Google led me to Quick lane. Kyle completed my inspection in a timely manner and front desk staff was friendly the moment I walked in the door. 10/10 recommend.

I DROVE TWO HOURS UP HERE!!! CALLED TWICE AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD DO MY EMMISIONS INSPECTION AND THEY SAID YES, Both times!!! AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT THERE THEY SAID THEY WONT DO IT. This place sucks and the old man running it is no good either he needs to retire.
