Do whatever you can to avoid service at this place! You can't get a call from service, parts and even the GM! When you call service the phone will just ring and ring! I have a simple repair on my BRAND NEW Hyundai and it's going on 2 months now! I could've driven to Houston 10 times with the amount of times they've told me it'll be done!

I waited for my car for 2 hours, which I did not mind. But when you take your own car/truck to get serviced by its own maker I would like to be able to trust I will be taken care of. I went in I knew my back tail light was out, I knew my back driver side tire was low, and when I drove away trusting they would have taken care of my truck and my safety since I am driving back to California, low and behold my tire was still low , my tail light was not replaced and only notes he had was next visit the AC should be serviced. WTF she did not mention my tire was still low and did not mention rear tail light until I brought it up and she said the guy left for the day to fix the light at 3 pm but my truck was already inside at 215 pm SMH I knew it should of went some where else the ones doing the oil changes are not even FORD dealershipService centers. Very disappointed wish I would have not even given them one star. The staff was just in a hurry to go home understandable but take pride in what you do and be a positive reflection of where you work slowly but surely the brand willBe destroyed and with no customers no pay for the employees. Take care of the customers this could be a liability on your company if it even matters in texas

My vehicle has been in this car dealership for approximately 5 months waiting for a new motor which was a manufactured recall. I call every other day trying to get some response sometimes no answer but never get any assistance besides them telling me the parts are in but there is no technician to install my motor. I have purchased extended warranty and was approved for a rental for 45$ a day and they stated they have no rentals and would put me on a list. Still no call on that. They said I can trade in my vehicle for another 1 so I tried that. I paid roughly ****** for my car and they said they would give me ***** for it. Not good I literally drove my car for a month and its been down for 6 months. I asked for some assistance on who else I can talk to about this situation and sales manager ************************************* stated he would text me information and never received any. I drove up to Victoria on a Saturday to see what kinda deal I could get and this salesman stated h*** get with me in 15 mins he had a customer this was at noon I returned at 4 and still never got to see him.

I took my car in due to a recall. I was pleased to know that they provide you with a ride to your house. They also give you a courtesy call to let you know when it's ready and to see if you need a ride to pick up your vehicle. Not many places do that. Thank you Mac Haik Ford.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff. Traveling halfway across the country and finding ourselves stranded in what seemed like the middle of no-where Texas with a newborn, two dogs and luggage, our (brand new) vehicle needed to be towed to the nearest Hyundai at 11pm on holiday weekend. Being active duty in the military, it was imperative that we got back in time and we were mentally preparing to pay thousands of dollars on a rental vehicle and having to eat the cost of shipping our vehicle back across the country. Ashton, the customer service rep had amazing communication skills and updated us every step of the way, ensuring us that she would "EXHAUST ALL EFFORTS" to get us back on the road before the weekend was up. Thanks to the service manager, Angela, and the foreman, Rick, they resolved a major issue and we were back on the road the very next day. Highly recommended and very trustworthy. If you're looking for a place with integrity and cares more about customer satisfaction than making money, this is the spot!

I typically do not write negative reviews. But here's an unfortunate honest review to be aware of.They advertise no market adjustment but include the market adjustment in the "disclosed" msrp. But when you talk to any salesman, they deny there is no such thing. Each vehicle has dealer options that rounds to nearly 3500+. By the way, this does not include taxes and fees yet. It gets better, trust me. When you politely ask to remove the options, they state "it comes from the manufacturer" and cannot be removed. Very interesting sales tactic. I've never heard it before. But I guess that's how desperate times can get. Finance managers are passive aggressive and would rather turn down an opportunity of a sale instead of being accommodating. I was accused of ordering a vehicle that included scribble on a piece of paper where nothing was in printed or within legible format of any documentation. Yet, I was told, this is my vehicle and order? As a customer, I think I would be well aware and equipped if I "ordered" a vehicle. It gets worst, but benefit of the doubt. If you want a rewarding, professional, and appropriate dealership experience, this is not the place to go.If you are looking for a new Hyundai vehicle, go to Houston or a bigger city. I can't promise, but I am more than sure you will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle!

The worst experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. Im a single mom & drove 2 hours to get to this dealership to buy a new car I saw on website.I confirmed the price & availability before i made the trip & they would not honor the "sticker price" they advertised & wanted to add more than $10,000 over sticker. Also they were $8000 too low on Kelly Blue Book average trade-in. Luckily I found a better deal at one of their competitors & they gave me the full trade in value. I think they saw a young female by herself & figured they could take advantage. When they realized I wasnt falling for their scam they got very rude.

Worst service experience ever. Left my car at 8am. Was told they would look at it by noon. Called at 3, was told it would be the next car in. Then nothing. Next morning the service guy said he called me to let me know he had called me when he didn't. The car was still not looked at. Later they said nothing was wrong.

Shady, Deceptive, any term is too polite to describe their practices. They will try to sell you a plethora of useless Mastertech warranties. All of which they will do everything they can to get it denied. They do not even honor factory warranties. They will purposely damage your vehicle to try to avoid warranty work. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from these people. Learn from my mistake.

Unfortunately, the engine of our 2014 Hyundai Sonata (65k miles) seized on our way from Austin to Rockport, close to Victoria, TX. We had the car towed to Mac Haik Hyundai, only to be told that they won't be able to even take a look at the car for ~1.5 months, leaving us stranded without a loaner or rental car. Getting a replacement engine would then take an additional 3 weeks or more. Their only answer was we had to get in line.It is unbelievable to have to wait 1.5 to 2 months before someone can diagnose the engine failure and inform us whether this will be taken care of under the engine recall or warranty. Not knowing for that long if the huge cost of an engine replacement is going to be taken care of under the recall or the 10 year/100k warranty is extremely stressful, on top of the ruined vacation. We cannot stay 3 months without a vehicle, and will need to buy another one before we get this one back. Without knowing if the cost of the repair would be taken under warranty, the sales manager insulted us with a $500 offer to buy our vehicle in its current state, when we were counting on selling the car to Huyndai to use the money to offset the cost of a new one.In addition, one of the persons we talked to insinuated that the engine broke because of neglect, when in fact we religiously took the car to our local Huyndai dealership to have it serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendation. What makes the situation even more inconvenient is that our car will be at this dealership 175 miles from where we live for months and we'll need to drive back down to Victoria to get the vehicle once repaired. We are terribly disappointed by Hyundai's customer service at the time when we needed it most and unfortunately can't recommend them.
