Went in for an inspection. Kevin checked air filters and noticed the interior a/c filter was dirty. They changed it and did inspection in 10 minutes. True to their word ... Rapid !

I drove up to Rapid Oil Change. I was politely approached by Mackenzie, as I gave her my coupon. She explained to Kevin I had requested an oil change. He was very professional. Both employees were helpful and happy. Thank you very much! I appreciate it.

They put my metal skid plate back on completely wrong and it came clean off and crumpled up and also tore up some of the plastic guard. I will say however they owned up to their mistake and made it right by paying for the parts and setting up a repair free of charge. These are good people.

These guys are great! They quoted me a price, and said the worst case scenario is I would need an extra quart and gave the amount for that, then they replaced my drain plug that had been damaged by a place that overcharged me for an oil change. With the replaced part and oil change it was STILL less than the previous place!! they have definitely won me over!Service: Oil change

Friendly, quick, and have a nice air conditioned area to wait. Or you can sit in your vehicle! Definitely recommend.
