Unfortunately, not able to us the services I was paying for due to a upgrade it seems and somehow after hours I was locked out of everything.
Talked with 3 different people to fix it over 30 days and just had to cancel and find a new place to go.
Outside of that, nice place, clean place and friendly staff just not a good experience.

Rock's Gym is a gym it ain't fancy an which quality but it's a gym environment. Machines are kept up by management an gym is clean. Evening get pretty packed.
If you need some fitness tips hit up Big Roy or Mike, they been around the gym game for a minute.

So Rocks probably does have the most fancy equipment or updated facility, but this is where the serious folks go. It’s not an intimidating at all, even for a beginner. I’ve had so many people give me advice about equipment or proper form without feeling intimidated. Our morning workouts are truly like family!

The front-end guy aaron is awesome. The powerlifting room needs to be bigger. Find out sometimes we dont have enough plates.. Been here a year, Aaron seems to be the only one that anyone knows now. Cool with all the members and remembers some members' equipment that they use without them having to ask. 8.7 out of 10.

Recently raised their price from $33 to $53. No notice. Don't appreciate taking the locks of the women's bathroom.
Equipment is sub par.
Will be cancelling my membership asap
Detar healthcenter is much better for 20 bucks.
Hard to find a decent gym open at 6am on the weekends for health care workers. I'll just walk 4 miles in my area and sweat ?

Best gym in Victoria folks! Best prices on memberships. Meet and exceed customer expectations! They provide 24/7 access which is convenient for anyone's hours of operation. Also, offer child care. An excellent Family Fitness Center!

Everything is spread out and not all on top of each other. Various different types of equipment for different types of workouts. Had a little father /son time here and it was great. Nice place to work out

Great spot for a good workout. The workout area is full of both machines and free weights, and there is a turf room in the back for more options.
