We found our products n the cashier at the checkout was very helpful n the lines were a little longer cause of many customers being waited on . We also had time for drink meal for lunch too. Had a good day n Sam's Club was Great n Customers services was #8 . Lots of good sales for the next Holiday coming soon .

While lines back up management chit chats and just watches. They tell us there is nothing they can do about it. Then go use a closed lane to process a transaction ?. That wasn't the worst of it today. Went out side and a woman needed a scooter none of the Sam's staff would help her. My daughter and I asked two associates that both just looked at us crazy! So we got her the scooter and assisted her out of her car. Highly disappointed ☹️ we pay a membership to get excellent service not watch the associates stand around and pick their nose!

This Sam’s is kind of dirty, and per Walmart standards the service is very slow and could use ALOT of improvement.

Could keep the store stocked up with more meats and produce. Also alot of stuff you used to sell you don't have anymore. Your store dropped down in items. Yall could use more items to choose from, Food items, Hygiene items, clothing, shoes and laundry items. Along with cleaning supplies and smell goods for the home.
