The employees always look at you like you are taking up their talking time, went in for a color match and they were so quick with me that I'm not even sure if I got the right shade match. When approaching to ask 2 ladies looked at eachother both with the look of " Who's going to do it, I don't want to." Felt very uncomfortable asking anything. It wasn't a very pleasant experience for someone who wants to improve their makeup. Not coming back. I would rather go to a store that is out of town.

Was there yesterday spend over $100 accidentally left bag at kohls check out:: I live in corpus was passing by didn’t realize I had left my bag until I got home!!! Was late already called next morning to get a refund or credit to a Sephora store near me management said she couldn’t do that was against store policy! So frustrated she told me I just had to pick it up when I’m close by it’s about 200 miles!!! HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS I even tried calling corporate not sure who to direct this situation to??!!! 0 stars in review bad customer service here!!

I applied for a position here a month ago. It took until last week for me to receive notice that my application was accepted, and to schedule an interview.That interview was today.I received numerous reminders and notifications that I had an interview, the most recent having been only an hour before posting this.I walked in and went to the waiting area for my interview. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, an associate came by and asked if I needed help. I explained the situation and she said she'd go notify her manager.She returns solely to inform me that they aren't actually hiring, they filled all open positions, and they closed all open applications. I explain to her that I had a preexisting interview, and she shrugs, and leaves me there.This is absolutely outrageous and wildly unprofessional. Terrible business.

Type of makeup I was looking for not on shelf, only one person at register that wasn't a Sephora person. Came back later and two Sephora people there, one tells me I'll be right there, I can see from couple rows away putting makeup on someone, why tell a customer I'll be right there if he's doing someone's makeup? Stock the shelves would be a great idea!
