I’d like to ask Google to go ahead and add a 0 to 5 star rating based on this experience just for feedback for future experiences as below:
Sherwin Williams - Mockingbird location had one good thing to offer and that was an employee (young man) who greeted me. He left due to his shift ending and great communication and service skills.
The ladies up front were more qualified to assist in paint pairings and color schemes to match the tile and other items I brought specifically for their advice & expertise.
Young man and not one other employee working approached or tried communicated in anyway with me.
They saw me as they assisted other couples, while walking around the table I was at. I brought tile & other help so they could best assist me for their recommendations on paint pairing and so on
I was not only ignored, I felt extremely insulted, embarrassed and finally so awkward unwanted in the store after 20-30 min of enduring this ordeal.
I’m in the process of remodeling and needing paint for my entire home inside out top to bottom, high ceilings. Its a 1900 Victorian style home. Julia Roberts quote from Pretty Woman sums thjs experience up best.
If you’re an average customer, not a professional painter, do not visit this location
The NAVARRO SHERWIN WILLIAMS location has amazing attentive customer service. Incredibly knowledgeable of products. If you’re like me a nonprofessional painter just residential owner looking for good advice and good experience please save your time in trouble by avoiding the Mockingbird Sherwin-Williams location
I honestly I’m not sure how they’ve gotten away with that sort of treatment to customers and are still in business. It’s the easiest way to fail so I guess keep it up ladies or change your judgmental approach to picking and choosing what customers to help.

They don't do the matches as they should, with a sample and match the color... they don't take the time to do their job well... there have been 3 times now that they haven't done a paint match right for me... here you can see the gigantic difference in the match I asked for. In case the managers of this store have doubts num:7074456
I go from Gonzales to Victoria Tx. And it's incredible that they are so lazy to do things right! And I asked him, twice, is this the sample of the match? And he said yes, this is it, ????

This was my first trip to sherwin Williams. I truly admit it was wonderful. Kris was so helpful. I was looking for a specific color she helped me find a wonderful color choice. She is very knowledgeable and patient making it easy for the DYI people not sure. Loved my overall experience!!!! Kris Rocks!!!

Colton was courteous and extremely helpful locating my account # so an invoice would determine the colorants added to paint. There was no label on the 2 cans I have.
